Return / Exchange Policy
The following does not apply to Industrial Goods or Services offered by Gokru LLC.
You may return or exchange the consumer products purchased from www.dipasona.com or www.gokruinc.com for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
A return authorization should be requested from Dipasona or Gokru INC. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA#.
All returns with unused, unopened items in original packing will be refunded in full. For such products that are unused, unopened and in original packaging, Dipasona/Gokru will provide a return shipment label for free.
All returns which are opened, used will be subject to 10% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges for returns.
The buyer is required to use a trackable shipping method and should be able to produce shipping evidence.
Upon receipt, Dipasona/Gokru will inspect the returned product and will issue a refund (after restocking fees if the product is used) or exchanged if the customer has requested an exchange.
All returns or exchanges requests should be made within the first 30 days after purchase.
